How do you keep your customers and prospects informed about your business? Do you use blogs, email blasts or newsletters? If you’d like to keep abreast of newsworthy events here at Roland DGA, there are three opportunities you should know about.
About 12 years ago, we began publishing a quarterly electronic newsletter to keep individuals interested in Roland informed about our products, sales promotions, and where to see our products demonstrated at trade shows and dealer open houses. R-Mail, as we named it, quickly became a huge success and continues to be popular with some 40,000 subscribers.
As R-Mail grew in size, we realized we needed another vehicle to share what Roland customers around the world were doing with their Roland printers, cutters, engravers and milling machines. Six years ago, R-World was born. This twice-a-year publication is distributed worldwide and available at trade shows or electronically on our web site.
More recently, we wanted a way to communicate specifically to Roland owners about specific topics they might have an interest in, including timely sales tips, Roland Academy webinars and workshops, extended warranties, and monthly online store specials. For Roland Owners Only is now distributed monthly via email to all U.S. and Canadian registered owners of Roland products.
